Mobile Registration Intake Center Re-opens in Siskiyou County

SACRAMENTO – A FEMA Mobile Registration Intake Center serving wildfire survivors in Siskiyou County will re-open Tuesday, Dec. 1, for three days.

WHO:           Federal Emergency Management Agency

WHAT:         The Mobile Registration Intake Center in Siskiyou County

WHEN:         Hours are 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec.1, through Thursday, Dec. 3.

WHERE:       Karuk Tribal Wellness Center, 537 Jacobs Way, Happy Camp, CA 96039.

The deadline to register with FEMA for disaster assistance under DR-4569 is Dec. 16.

Applicants also may register in the following ways:

  • Go online to DisasterAssistance.gov.
  • Download the FEMA Mobile App for smartphones.
  • Call 800-621-3362(TTY: 800-462-7585) between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST, seven days a week. Multilingual operators are available.
