Rebuilding Process Guidance: One-Stop Permit Centers Available for Property Owners Impacted by Eaton and Palisades Fires

Published:

As property owners affected by the Eaton and Palisades Fires start the process of rebuilding, one-stop permit centers are available to help.

As debris removal continues, property owners do not need to wait until the work is complete to submit their plans and apply for permits.

To begin the permitting process online, property owners can visit EPIC-LA. LA County’s electronic permitting and inspection tool helps residents:

  • Determine the permits needed to rebuild on specific property.
  • Apply for rebuilding and temporary housing permits.
  • Request an inspection of the property.

Property owners can also get help in person at a One-Stop Permit Center.
