Local Assistance Center Planned for Sacramento County Fire Survivors

In response to the Brannan/Isleton Island Fire in Sacramento County, the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies announced the opening of a Local Assistance Center (LAC) to aid survivors.

LACs are activated following major disasters to support survivors and businesses suffering disaster-related losses or damages. Each center is locally operated with support from local, state, federal, and non-profit agencies. Cal OES recommends Californians directly reach out to their county or LAC for updated information on recovery services. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

Saturday, November 6 to Monday, November 8

10:00am to 4:00pm

Housing and Community Development (HCD) – tentative

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

Mask are required indoors and extra PPE will be provided.
