California Mounts All-In Response to February 2024 Storm

The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) mounted an all-in mission alongside partner agencies to comprise one of the largest-ever statewide prepositioning of resources and support local communities in response to the February 2024 Winter Storm.
