With hazardous travel conditions forecast for the mountains and thunderstorms possible in the valley, California drivers will need to be extra prepared if you plan to hit the roads. In this special Cal OES winter weather update, Meteorologist Julie Malingowski from the National Weather Service gives up the latest on the weather forecast across California and Officer Ian Hoey with the California Highway Patrol has advice for those who do need to travel in the impacted areas.
