ALERTWildfire Camera Network Keeps Watch On California Wildfires

ALERTWildfire is a consortium of three universities — University of California San Diego, The University of Nevada, Reno and the University of Oregon. With over 300 live cameras, the ALERTWildfire network provides access to state-of-the-art cameras to firefighters, first responders and the general public.     A major progress in fire fighting andlbuyilding an alert system. Must be shared with all residents, communityAssociations, including Carmel Valley where fire threats exist every moment of the day and night.
    Put the money where it counts. Insurance companies should be supportive of this preventive development.
